Return Policy

At our store, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 3-Day Return Policy only for wrong or damaged products.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only if:
  • You received the wrong product, or
  • The product arrived damaged.

Important Requirement

  • An unboxing/open box video is mandatory to claim any return or replacement.
  • The video must clearly show:
  • The sealed package before opening
  • The opening process
  • The damaged/wrong product received

Return Window

  • Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

Note

  • Without a valid open box video, returns or replacements will not be accepted.
